The Customer Compliance Seminar offers Risk and Underwriting professionals from any acquiring bank, third-party processor, ISO/MSP, merchant acquirer, processor, law enforcement agency, gateway provider, Internet service provider, issuer, and credit union an opportunity to attend expert-led sessions on Mastercard compliance programs, managing risk, preventing fraud and best practices to remain compliant.
Language All presentations will be delivered in English.

Cancellation by Global Risk Leadership: Mastercard Global Risk Leadership reserves the right to cancel this event if an insufficient number of persons register. In that occurrence, Mastercard will make reasonable effort to notify each registered participant as much in advance as possible via the email address provided by the participant when registering. Mastercard will make a final determination two weeks prior to the start of the event.
Mastercard is not responsible for the reimbursement of travel expenses due to the cancellation of an event.
Cancellation by a Registrant: All cancellations are required to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations submitted ten business days prior to the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of the registration fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations that occur after ten business days. “No show” registrants will be charged the full registration fee.
Registrants who are unable to attend, may send a replacement attendee. It is the responsibility of the original registrant to notify MasterCard, in writing three business days prior to the event confirming that they will not be able to attend and would like to send a replacement from the same organization.
